I have been a real estate investor for 10 years. This book is just checklists. The whole book. Learned nothing.
This makes marketing a "no brainer", even for me. I've used the steps in this book for postcards and flyers and now have motivated sellers calling me. It covers deal structuring. It also addresses the subject of how your goals are important. It even has areas where you can sign up for free consulting and free downloads.
In short, it covers every aspect of real estate buying and selling for investors. The contents are laid out logically and are user friendly. A must for any investor!
This is not really a book that you read cover-to-cover. Rather is a real estate investing tool.
Think of it as series of check-lists, of to-do lists to get you to operate at the peak of your investing game. Want to turn your investing into an investing business? Follow this guide! This is good stuff! (And I don't say that lightly. Just look at my other reviews).
