It was so different from anything that I have read that it had no issues keeping my attention, now some of the descriptions could have been less wordy, but I honestly believe any sci-fi enthusiast would enjoy this read.
I'm not very good at writing reviews. Thank you so very much for writing all of these wonderful stories. Enjoyed this book. Male alpha, damsel in distress, bad guys. I look forward to more!

The author has created quite a fascinating world for her cyborgs. I can hardly wait to see what happens next! Amanda is admirable; a strong woman with an equally strong moral code. AD-214 is confused as he regains self-awareness, and is relentless in his pursuit of freedom for his team of Cyborgs and Amanda. Fine storytelling!
This was a good book with a very good story line and very interesting characters. I thought that the world-building was well done, extremely well done. I only wish that it had been longer! But that is the trade-mark of a book well done ) There is an additional book for free, but I didn't really get in to it, but that is just me. For your money you got a lot with the purchase. Looking forward to the next book in the series
I was hooked on this story from the first page and actually sat and read it one afternoon because I just couldn't put it down. With all the advancements that continue in science in real life, this book makes you take a look at the ethics of robotics advancement while entertaining with a great science fiction story with a sweet romance that really heats up the end. You won't be able to keep yourself from rooting for Amanda and Adam. I can't wait to read the next in the series to see which cyborg finds happiness next!
Cyborg programmer, Amanda, falls for handsome cyborg soldier , Captain AD-214. She changes some of his software, and he begins to become self aware of himself and his surroundings. This book is quite involved with a lot going on all the way through. Amanda has restless dreams about AD-214, and when she takes him out of storage, he wants to be free. He releases all the other cyborgs in his command, and they leave the base, taking Amanda with them. This is a great story with a good debate as to whether or not the cyborgs are property of the US government, or are they people, with human rights?. I for one, hope we never have to cross that bridge, because of course, a cyborg is a human being, although much modified. Still a human being.
SABIN Alien Warrior, is the name of the second included book here. This book is also interesting because it is about putting a name and face to the sins and weaknesses of most of the citizens of the galaxy. Ancient beings so ugly and nasty, they hide in the shadows of the worst possible places on the planet they are attacking, they are black, stinking, wraith like creatures who feed off the fear of others and cause madness and death. Enter SABIN, huge fierce alpha warrior of the planet Samis. He attempts to fight the Nine, as the black wraiths are called, after almost everyone on his planet, including his family, is killed by them. The Nine move onto earth, a greener pasture, after they devastate Samis. Sabin follows, trying desperately to figure out a way to defeat the Nine. He meets, Heather, a nurse at a local hospital. For some reason, one even she doesn't understand, she takes him in and a hot, passionate love affair begins. When sick and crazed people start overfilling the hospital, Sabin knows it is time for him to be a warrior he is and hunt down the Nine.
I was really looking forward to this book, and it didn't disappoint. I've always like the cyborg stories and while some of the theme was the same.....the cyborgs getting away from those that want to control them.... this book came about it in a bit of a different way, and was a pleasant surprise. Usually cyborgs are far in the future and as soldiers in outer space. Don't get me wrong, I love those stories too. This story takes place on earth, as the cyborgs are just becoming self aware. I liked how the author let us see the progression of how confusing it was for the cyborgs to realize they awake and how hard it is for them in the beginning. And of coarse there is a love story too. All the insight into the cyborgs was nicely incorporated into the story of the main characters and, set up the story to continue on with other cyborgs. It make you want to go on reading and can't wait for the next one to come out. I do wish the ending would have had a bit more to it. But I guess it was just setting up for more books to follow. All in all a good read. And I would buy more from this author.
